Where is Cumberland Caverns Live located?

Where should I park?
Parking is available on-site complete with attendants to direct you throughout the process.
What time should I arrive?
This depends on what level of tickets you purchased for the event. However, in general, please plan to arrive with plenty of time to park and get to the cave entrance. Please check-in at the box office upon arrival.
What are your coronavirus health and safety protocols?
The health and safety of our guests, performers and team members remain our top priority. We highly recommend patrons wear masks to help protect those around them and reduce viral transmission. Cumberland Caverns Live will have disposable masks on hand at the Box Office and Volcano Room. Guests can access various hand sanitizing stations that will be located throughout the venue.
Cumberland Caverns Live will continue keeping close tabs on updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and follow their leadership for guidance. We are also communicating with the performers scheduled for the coming weeks. If there are cancellations or changes to our schedule, we will notify the respective patrons immediately via email and social media.
What is the process of getting down to the Volcano Room and should I wear specific shoes?
The walk to the Volcano Room is approximately 600 yards. Because the cave trail is uneven, consisting of up and downhill grades, proper footwear includes comfortable walking shoes or sneakers. Shoes with an open toe, high heels, flip-flops, sandals are not recommended.
Is the Volcano Room ADA Accessible?
The Volcano Room at Cumberland Caverns is not ADA Accessible as we do not allow wheelchairs, strollers, or motorized carts inside the cave. In addition, we cannot assist with rides in or outside of the cave.
Is it cold in the Volcano Room?
The cave maintains a consistent temperature of 56 degrees year-round with 99% humidity.
Does Cumberland Caverns offer food & drinks in the Volcano Room?
Yes! We have a very tasty menu that includes cheeseburgers, hot dogs, bbq sandwiches, and nachos.
What if I want to see more of the cave before the show?
Want to explore Cumberland Caverns beyond the Volcano Room? Add the 333′ Exploration Tour Package and come early for this hour long pre-show tour that will take you to seven different parts of Cumberland Caverns. You will also be treated to a birds eye view of the world famous Volcano Room state from high atop the balcony. Make the most of your time with us and explore our beautiful cavern on a concert day! Please note you must be accompanied by a tour guide and can not freely explore the cave.
What are your policies regarding photo/video/audio at concerts?
Personal cameras and cell phones are allowed in the venue. However, flash photography, video, and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue or artist approval.
What other items are not allowed inside of the Volcano Room at Cumberland Caverns?
The following items are not permitted in the Volcano Room at Cumberland Caverns:
- Outside food or drinks
- Cigarettes/vaping/tobacco products
- Glass containers
- Large purses or backpacks

How can I purchase tickets for the Cumberland Caverns Live concerts?
Advance tickets can be purchased through CumberlandCaverns.com/concerts. If tickets remain on the day of the show, they will be available for purchase at the on-site box office.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless a show is canceled. If a show is rescheduled refunds will be available if you are unable to attend the rescheduled date.
What types of payment does Cumberland Caverns accept?
The Cumberland Caverns box office, gift shop, merchandise, and concession stands take the following forms of payment: Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover Card, and cash.
How old do you have to be to attend shows at Cumberland Caverns?
Unless otherwise posted, the Volcano Room is open to all ages all the time.
Do I need a ticket for my child?
Children three years old and above need a ticket to enter.
Do I need an ID to enter the venue?
An ID is only needed if you are retrieving your tickets from the will call/box office. If you have print-at-home or mobile delivery tickets, you do not need an ID to enter.
How early can I access the venue before a concert?
There are three entry times available for purchase for concerts at Cumberland Caverns.
- Premium Access tickets may line up and enter the cave 70 minutes before showtime.
- Early Entry tickets may enter the cave 60 minutes before showtime.
- General Admission tickets may enter the cave 50 minutes before showtime.
Line placement for each entry time will be determined on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please check-in at the box office upon arrival. If patrons are not onsite at the time of their ticket entry, they will enter when they arrive and may miss prime seating options.
Is there seating for concerts at Cumberland Caverns?
Unless otherwise stated, there will be seats available for all attendees. To ensure you grab the best seat possible to the show you’re attending, make sure to obtain a premier access option!
